1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our ecommerce website and outline our policies on transactions, payment processing, liability shift, refunds, warranties, and dispute resolution.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. JNN Import reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Payment Processing

• Payments are processed via MCB Bank Seychelles' MPGS Gateway, which supports 3D Secure authentication to protect transactions.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other payment methods supported by MCB Bank Seychelles.
• Transactions are processed in Seychellois Rupees (SCR) unless otherwise stated.

3. Liability Shift & Chargebacks

• All transactions are 3D Secure-enabled; therefore, the liability for fraudulent chargebacks shifts to the card-issuing bank as per MPGS regulations.
• JNN Import is not responsible for fraudulent chargebacks where the 3D Secure authentication was successfully completed by the cardholder.
• Any chargeback disputes should be directed to the customer’s issuing bank, in accordance with MPGS policies.

4. Void Transactions & Cancellations

• Once a payment is processed, orders cannot be canceled or voided unless explicitly permitted under our refund policy.
• Transactions that have been successfully authorized via 3D Secure cannot be voided unless MCB Bank Seychelles’ policy allows it.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Refunds are available only for defective products or incorrect items shipped.
• Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receipt.
• Refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval.
• Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable, except in cases where JNN Import is at fault.

6. Warranty & Replacement Policy

6.1 Warranty Period

• Non-Electronic Items: Covered for three (3) months from the date of purchase.
• Electronic Items: Covered for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

6.2 Warranty Procedure

• Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase for warranty claims.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Replacement Policy: If a product is found to be factory defective, we will replace it with the same model or an equivalent product.
• If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit or partial refund may be offered at JNN Import’s discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.
• JNN Import is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
• Customers must ensure their shipping details are accurate; JNN Import is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes, customers must contact our support team at [JNN Import Contact Email] within 14 days of the issue arising.
• If a resolution is not achieved, customers may escalate disputes to MCB Bank Seychelles for mediation in accordance with MPGS rules.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Seychelles. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seychelles.
